What is not included in your support?

What happens after the support period ends? Will I still be able to use the theme?

Yes, you can keep using it, but to have updates and support forever you need the unlimited license.

Can I try a theme before I purchase it?

Unfortunately no, it is a digital product not something you can return, but you have our free themes try them and if you like them, you will love the premium ones.

Can I modify and customize the themes?

Of course you can, that's why we created the “child-themes“ feel free to modify it to your liking and without losing changes when we update.

How fast do you respond to support inquiries?

Your theme support service does not cover theme customizations or help to fix Wordpress setup issues.

How do I know when a new update is available?

We will send you an email whenever we update a theme.

Can I get a discount?

Follow us on our social networks and wait for every important date on the calendar, we always have offers for you.

Can I redistribute or resell a template?

No, you cannot redistribute or resell our themes.

If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I get a refund?

​​Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not do refunds, we have free themes to see how our premium themes work, there is no reason to be dissatisfied with your purchase.
